Hubli Habba is Hubli-Dharwad's own festival — built by its neighbourhoods, mutts, colleges, and markets, for the city that raised it. Folk singers share a stage with first-time performers. Troupes rehearsed in courtyards face off in the open. Cooks, artists, and athletes compete not just for trophies, but for bragging rights across galli and ward.
